Dr. Shipra Gupta, Director of Molxpert Diagnostics, founded the venture in 2018 after 10 years of extensive experience in laboratory medicine, guided by a motto of ensuring quality at its best. She began her career as Scientist B at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, where her research was published in reputed national and international journals such as Elsevier and Oxford, before she turned to the healthcare system to serve people directly. A dedicated advocate of quality in laboratory medicine, she has built her expertise through numerous trainings and national and international conferences. She is an empaneled Technical Assessor with the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), Quality Council of India (QCI), and also serves as Visiting Faculty in ISO training programs across the country, training laboratory professionals and paramedics in the international standards for medical laboratories.
